The rules for using this website, and what this site does and does not commit us to.

It has not yet been checked by a lawyer, and where we do not hold a fact (such as a registration number) the gap is shown rather than filled in. Version 1.0 (draft, 29 October 2026).

1. These terms

These terms govern your use of the Auto Import GH website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

2. Who we are

Auto Import GH, Accra, Greater Accra, Ghana. Registration number: to be added once the certificate is issued. You can reach us at [email protected] or +233 20 528 8750.

3. What this website is

This website is a catalogue and an enquiry channel. It shows vehicles we can source or have in stock, lets you estimate import duty, and lets you tell us what you are looking for.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell a vehicle. A sale or an import only begins when we have both signed a written agreement that names the vehicle, the price, what is included and the payment steps. Until then, prices, availability and lead times may change.

4. Prices

  • Prices shown in Ghana cedis are converted from the source price using the Bank of Ghana selling rate for the date shown on the listing. We name the rate and its date on purpose: a change in the rate can change the cedi figure.
  • Where a listing carries a fixed cedi price, that price is the one that applies and the conversion is shown for information only.
  • Shipping, port handling, clearing agent fees and duty are additional unless a listing says otherwise.
  • Obvious pricing errors do not bind us. If we spot one we will tell you before anything is agreed, and you are free to walk away.

5. Duty estimates

The duty calculator produces an estimate only. It applies a published rule set to the CIF value you type in. Ghana Customs (GRA) assesses the real figure through ICUMS, using its own valuation, its own exchange rate and its own classification. See the disclaimer.

6. Your information

We handle personal data under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). What we collect, why, and how long we keep it is set out in the privacy notice and the data protection page.

7. Payments

This website cannot take a payment and never asks for card or mobile-money details. We do not ask for payment in full before a written agreement exists. Payment instructions are only ever given in a written agreement or on letterhead you can verify by calling the numbers on this site.

8. Your account

  • You must be 18 or over and give accurate details.
  • Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • One person, one account. Do not create accounts to get around a suspension.
  • You can delete your account at any time from the account page.
  • We may suspend or close an account that is used to abuse the site, to scrape it, or to harass staff. Where it is safe to do so, we will tell you why.

9. Acceptable use

Do not:

  • use bots, scrapers or automated tools to pull the catalogue, prices or photographs;
  • try to reach data that is not yours, or test the site’s security without our written permission;
  • post or send unlawful, misleading or abusive material;
  • impersonate us or another customer, or interfere with the site’s normal operation.

We rate-limit and monitor the forms to keep them usable. Attempts to break them are logged.

10. Our content

The text, layout, photographs and marks on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may share links and print pages for your own use. You may not republish the catalogue or reuse our photographs commercially without written permission. Photographs we publish carry our watermark on purpose — it is not a defect, and removing it is not permitted.

11. Testimonials

We publish customer feedback only with the customer’s agreement and only in words they have approved. We do not write reviews on anyone’s behalf and we do not edit a quote to change its meaning.

12. Links to other sites

We link to official sources (for example GRA and ICUMS) and to our partners’ sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

13. Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on an estimate, by a vehicle being unavailable, or by the site being interrupted. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that Ghanaian law does not allow to be excluded.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version line at the top of the page tells you which version you are reading, and we keep earlier versions available on request.

15. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, tell us first: [email protected]. We will respond in writing. You keep any right you have to go to a court or a regulator.
