Cookies and local storage
This site uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Here is exactly what it does store, and how to clear it.
What we set

What we do not set
- No advertising or remarketing cookies.
- No cross-site tracking pixels or social-media trackers.
- No third-party analytics script that follows you to other sites.
How we measure visits without cookies
We record a visit when you load a page: the page, the stock reference you looked at, your device and browser type, the site that referred you, and an approximate city. Instead of a cookie we derive a salted hash from your network address and browser signature, which lets us count a returning visitor without holding your address or putting an identifier on your device. Those records are deleted after 90 days.
If you would rather not be counted
Turn on your browser’s “do not track” or tracking-protection setting, use a private window, or block scripts for this site. The catalogue, the calculator and the contact details all still work. Only the compare bar and the account pages need storage.
Clearing what is stored
In most browsers: Settings → Privacy and security → Site settings → Cookies and site data → find autoimportgh.com → clear. Or open this site in a private window, where nothing is kept after you close it.
